At TCB JEANS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-quality denim. If the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the denim in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement size within 5 business days.
