How do I determine the correct size for my raw denim?

We provide a detailed size chart for every product. Since raw denim can shrink after the first wash, we recommend checking the 'One-Wash' measurements or contacting our support team for personalized sizing advice.

What is your international shipping policy?

TCB Jeans ships worldwide via DHL and EMS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred in their home country.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Hemmed or customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you offer hemming services?

We offer complimentary hemming on all jean purchases using our vintage Union Special chain stitch machines. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes.

How should I wash my TCB Jeans?

To preserve the indigo and achieve unique fades, we recommend washing inside out in cold water with a mild detergent. Hang dry only; never use a tumble dryer as it may damage the denim fibers.
